ABOUT SOVEREIGN

Established in Ballarat in 1978, Sovereign Calisthenics is an ever-growing, proud and successful club.  We pride ourselves on the care and development of our students, whilst challenging them to be the best they can be.

Sovereign offers performance opportunities for all students throughout the year, and to be involved in a sport that offers so much variety – including dancing, gymnastics, musical theatre, apparatus work and simplified ballet.  Our classes are taught in a fun, energetic and diverse environment, with the focus on building life skills such as team work, goal setting and commitment.

As a club, we encourage our students to give back to their community in various ways.  This ranges from volunteering with Sovereign, and various community service and fundraising activities.

Sovereign are proud to have their own purpose built, new Studios, that are centrally located at 4/898 Humffray St South, Ballarat.  Our comfortable Studios provide both a safe environment with sprung floors, air conditioning and a parents area to sit back and watch your child’s progress and enjoyment!

Sovereign offers classes to all ages, from 18 months, through to 26+ and specialised classes such as Acro and Ballet.  We have team of fully qualified Level 1 Coaches, Cadets and Specialists, who support, nurture and guide the students to reach their full potential.
